Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TravelEase.AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including administrators, booking agents, drivers, and any other roles accessing the platform.

TravelEase.AI provides a cloud-based intelligent transport management platform for charter bus companies. The Service includes: - Booking management and AI-powered offer generation - Route optimization and trip planning - Driver management and coordination - HMS (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance tools - Document generation and communication tools - Analytics and reporting dashboards - Fleet management capabilities

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and complete information - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing: - You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan - Fees are billed monthly or annually as chosen - All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated - Prices may be adjusted with 30 days prior notice - Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that: - We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy - You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you input into the platform - You must have appropriate consent or legal basis for any personal data you process through our Service - We act as a data processor for customer data stored on the platform

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, logos, and documentation) belong to TravelEase.AI. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service - Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties - Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for: - Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance - Factors outside our reasonable control - Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google Maps, email providers)

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law: - Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - We are not liable for loss of data unless caused by our gross negligence

Either party may terminate the subscription: - With 30 days written notice at the end of any billing period - Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 14 days notice Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
